100% Natural Antidepressants – What You Can Do TODAY to Bounce Back from the Blues

2/25/13 Lunch at JuicelandDuring my lunch break, I followed my own advice to soak up some 100% natural antidepressants. Following my own Tip(s) of the Day:

  1. Ate at least a serving of 85% cocoa content dark chocolate
  2. Got my 20 minutes of sunlight exposure on this gorgeous Austin day
  3. Got sunlight exposure during optimal Vitamin D synthesis period of the day (11 am-2pm)
  4. 1/3 done with drinking 64 ounces of water
  5. Drank a freshly pressed veggie juice blend

And yes, that really is a kid statue “peeing” into a bathtub in the picture (click on the pic to see it in a larger size).
